INTERNATIONAL WU STYLE TAI CHI CHUAN FEDERATION

Rosalind Gill

I have been a student of Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan at the Toronto Academy since 1993. Learning Wu Style Tai Chi has been a stimulating and beneficial experience for me. I have used the basic Wu Style principles of relaxation, focus, looseness, balance, and body alignment in many aspects of my life. I greatly appreciate and respect the high level of instruction I receive at the Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Academy.

Rosalind Gill is a professor of French and Translation as well as a professional translator from French and Spanish. She has translated a number of academic books on Quebec from French to English and presently volunteers her services to Rights Action, a human rights organization working in Central America.
