Jeffery To

Jeffery To has practiced Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan since he was 13 years old. He is a disciple and step-son of Sifu Wu Kwong Yu. Jeff was also a student of the late Master Wu Ta Sin (4th Generation) for the saber form. Jeff considers himself to be a lifelong student of Wu style. He's always exploring how to adapt applications to various situations; and searching for the optimal mix of conditioning, technique, trained reflexes, and spirit.
