I have been learning and practising Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan since joining Wu’s Academy Bethnal Green in 2013.

I joined the Academy’s instructor training programme in 2014 and am registered as an instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.

Over the years I’ve competed in national and international competitions such as the British Open, the London Competition for Traditional Tai Chi Chuan, the European Championships, Dutch Open, and the International Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Federation Competition in Singapore, winning many medals in hand and weapon forms, as well as in fixed and moving step pushing hands.

I had the honour of becoming a Closed Door student of Sifu Gary Wragg in November 2017.

I teach regularly at Wu’s Academy Bethnal Green – beginners in the mixed sessions, kids and adults in the family class on Sunday, and intermediates on Tuesdays evenings. Outside the club I currently teach at St Wilfrid’s Care Home, King’s College (University of London), and Imperial College (University of London), among others.
