David began training Tai Chi Chuan in a Henry Ford Hospital rehabilitation program in 2007 after injuring his lower back. His injuries resulted in multiple surgeries requiring extensive rehabilitation. Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan practice, including the 108 Hand Form, pushing hands, and 24 forms has improved his health in many ways. He is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to train and now teach. Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan is a vital part of his rehabilitation to this very day. David is thankful for instruction from Sifu John Marchewicz and discipleship since 2016. He started his training with Instructor John Cipriani who introduced him to Sifu Michael Ashmore and the late Sifu Steven Britt. |
