Jeff Paruch was drawn toward Tai Chi Chuan in 2010 for its health benefits. Finding it a good fit into his lifestyle, he pursued it into the higher levels.

In the spring of 2016, Jeff proudly became a disciple of John Marchewitz, a 6th generation disciple, during a ceremony presided over by Grand Master Eddie Wu Kwong Yu.

Traveling to Singapore in 2017, to celebrate that School's 60th anniversary, he won a bronze medal during the 3rd International Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Federation Competition.

Continuing his studies, he is now teaching with Rochester Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Institute in Rochester, Michigan. Years of training and learning has enabled Jeff to have a calmer spirit, clearer mind, and more energy, helping to provide a stable platform in which to deal with life's ever changing challenges./p>
