Viktor was born in 1970 in Kyiv, Ukraine. He has university degrees in military, psychology and public administration.

He started training of Tai Chi Chuan in 2010.

In searching of the original source of Tai Chi Chuan art Viktor went to Hong Kong to Grand Master Eddie Wu Kwong Yu in 2016. He was sent by the Grand Master to study with Dionisis Tsetsellis and Jonathan Krehm.

From 2019, Viktor has been continuing his studies at the Wu’s Tai Chi Chuan Academy, Hong Kong as a student of Grand Master Eddie Wu Kwong Yu.
