“I reside in Ruislip, London, UK. I am a widower and father of grown up twin sons, Nicholas and Gareth, born in 1984. During the 1970's I practiced Kung Fu for approximately six years. In the 1980's and part of the 1990's I practiced Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. In the latter part of the 1990's I started to learn Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan. I was most impressed with the dedication, openness, knowledge and skills shown by it's practitioners. Through my continuing practice of Wu Style I am beginning to discover the true essence of Tai Chi Chuan.
I have been fortunate to have received expert instruction of the highest quality from Sifu Gary Wragg at his London Academy and Grand Master Eddie Wu Kwong Yu at his regular London, UK seminars.
I created the website www.wustyleuk.com, that offers information on the Wu Family Style of Tai Chi Chuan with links to the International Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Federation Academies and Certified Training Centres in the UK.
If you are still wondering how to pronounce my surname, it is with a silent "g" and sounds like "Myall" (old English).”
