I come to know about Wu Style Taji Quan through the Jian Chuan Tai Chi Chuan Association web-page. Visited and asked if can join the class conducted by Master SPH and Master Goon. Granted, this is my 1st Taiji lesson.
I'm a fan of Taiji Quan because of its slow and beautiful movement, particularly attracted by Wu Style. However, my Taiji Masters exclaimed (during lessons) "don't just think of Taiji Quan is some form of only nice to look at, it can be functional and must practice with grace". After spending sometimes training in the basic 108 and 54 form. I couldn't agree more with what they have said. |
