I started my Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan training in 2005 at the ArchwayAcademy, where I was one of the first students to enrol. In 2008 I began the teacher training programme at the Archway Academy and started to assist with teaching the following year. In 2009 I was honoured to be accepted as a disciple of Grandmaster Wu Kwong Yu. In 2011 I founded the Brixton Learning Centre for Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan in south London and started teaching full-time in 2012. In April 2019 we were granted full Academy status by Grandmaster Wu and become Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Academy Brixton, one of several Wu family academies around the world. I have trained at various Wu Style academies and learning centres around the globe, including HQ in Hong Kong, visiting some amazing places and making many friends in the Wu style family. |
