I have always been fascinated by martial arts. To use the combination of meditation and movement for healing and self-defence seemed great to me. So I started my search that ended in 2010 when I found Wu-style Tai Chi and my Sifu Grandmaster Wu Kwong Yu. I am very thankful to him and will go on learning and promoting this sophisticated art. |
