About the School:
Chung's School teaches traditional Chinese martial arts, including Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Wu Style Tai Chi and Lion Dance. The school has been operated in Midland since 1983 and moved to it's permanent location in 2002. Kung Fu classes are offered for both children and adults. Tai Chi class is open to people of all ages. The curriculum includes strength and limbering, forms, applications and sparring or push hands.
