Elain Frost

Elain Frost began studying Tai Chi Chuan under Sifu Stephen Britt in 1989 and, except for the  ten years after daughters arrived, she continued instruction under Sifu Britt until his death. Elaine has continued her training under Sifu Michael Ashmore. In 1994, she was privileged to travel to China with Sikung Eddie Wu Kwong Yu. Elain teaches Wu Style Tai Chi hand forms and chi kung at Wayne County Community College and with a number of community groups in Grosse Pointe and Harper Woods, Michigan. Elaine is an attorney and a practicing labor arbitrator.
