I was introduced to Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan through a friend of mine, Mr. Robert Little of whom was a student at Wu’s Tai Chi Chuan Academy at the time. I became a member of the Academy in March of 1981 where I had the privilege of studying under Grand Master Eddie Wu Kwong Yu. Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan has become an essential part of my life. It has changed my life for the better in many ways and I will be forever grateful. I have never seen a more effective system of exercise not only for improving and/or maintaining one’s health, but also as a Martial Art.
