I am a qualified carpenter and graduated at the New Design University. For the last ten years, I practiced martial arts. Since 2018 I am training with Markus Tanzer Wustyle Tai Chi Chuan. Wu-style tai chi is a treasure for me because it combines movement, meditation, and self-defense. It is part of my everyday life and I gladly pass it on to others. |
