My Tai Chi journey began serendipitously when my sister invited me to join her for a class. I was fortunate to come under the guidance of Sifu Saw and Sifu Goon, who offered me a glimpse into the profound depth of this art. With so much still to learn, I continue to be inspired by Tai Chi’s limitless potential to nurture both the body and the mind.
