I started learning Tai Chi Chuan in 2001. I am very lucky to be one of the disciples of Sifu Tony Chan Cheong Lap who guided me into the world of this traditional Chinese martial art which involves a lot of sophisticated martial skills and philosophical values and made me realize that learning it brings a lot of benefits to my body and my soul as well. Learning Tai Chi Chuan has become an indispensable part of my life. |
