Heah Choon Gek

I was attracted to the graceful movement of Tai Chi when I saw some people practicing the art and I thought it was a good form of exercise that I can practice even when I advance in age. 

Fortunately, through Ms Saw Phaik Hwa’s introduction, I started learning Tai Chi with Sifu Ow Tuck Seng for about 2 years. I stopped for 2 years and resume training under the guidance of Ms Saw Phaik Hwa and Mr. Goon Ark Leau in 2003. I have also learnt the Tai Chi Sword from Ms Saw Phaik Hwa.
