I first heard about Wu Tai Chi Chuan from the first seminar conducted by Grandmaster Eddie Wu Kwong Yu and instructors from the Singapore Wu Tai Chi Chuan Academy in 2005. I was looking for an "age-proof" therapeutic art which can be practised and sustained through the years. Shortly after, I enrolled for the beginner class under the instruction of Sigu Saw Phaik Hwa and Sisu Goon Ark Leau. Since then, It was the beginning of a timeless learning and discovery journey over the past decade and for many more years to come. My health benefited immensely from practising Wu Tai Chi Chuan. I am privileged to have the opportunity to continue the development of my skill and knowledge of Wu Tai Chi Chuan under the guidance of Grandmaster Eddie Wu, Sigu Phaik Hwa and all the Sisu in the Singapore Academy. |
