Maria Choy

I met Sifu, Eddie Wu, in 2007 in Toronto Canada. At that time, I was a student with the Toronto Academy. Because of Sifu’s willingness to share his family secrets with outsiders like myself, I was allowed to observe and participated in some of the classes personally taught by Sifu. I was totally captivated by Tai Chi Chuan. I knew I would be a lifelong student of Tai Chi Chuan because of the breath and depth of this art.

I became Sifu’s disciple in 2014. I helped with administrative work in the Toronto Academy from 2014 up to now. I decided to teach and have obtained my certificate in Toronto in September 2021.
