After having tried too many martial arts for too many years I was lucky enough to encounter Wu’s Tai Chi Chuan Academy and Sifu Martin Kennedy. I came to the Wu Style almost by chance after seriously injuring myself in a previous martial practice. This will be a daily practice for the rest of my life. |
